Being a writer is hard enough mentally, but sitting at a computer all day takes its toll on us physically, too. Writers can suffer from carpal tunnel, tendinitis and other hand/finger issues as well as bad backs, neck strain and a range of other conditions. Dr. Kevin DiGiulio, a local physical therapist, will show us some easy ways to help prevent injuries and pain from the writing life.

Bio: Dr. Kevin DiGiulio graduated from the University of Scranton earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition Studies. He went on to graduate from Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program, developing a passion for patient care with a hands-on, manual based approach. Kevin is a certified orthopedic manual therapist though the Maitland-Australian approach. As founder of Philadelphia-based DiGiulio Physical Therapy & Wellness (rightpt.com), DiGiulio strives to provide the highest level of care possible.
